Terms & Conditions

1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
a. Individual customers (less than 10) - full payment before arrival (the payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit card, we accept VISA and EC/MC). If the reservation is made later than 10 days before arrival, the payment must be done together with the reservation.
b. Groups (10 or more) 50% of the total sum 35 days before arrival, 50% 10 days before arrival.
If payment is not received in time, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
Some hotels take a deposit by groups(for damages), which is paid back the
last day of the stay, information about this in the confirmation.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
a. Individual customers (less than 10) :
- 7 days before arrival 50 % of the total
6 - no show 100% of the total
b. Groups (10 or more):
33 - 30 days before arrival 20% of the total
29 - 15 days before arrival 50% of the total
14 - no show 100% of the total
10% of the group can be cancelled without costs up to arrival!
We accept only written cancellations!

3. CHANGED BOOKINGS

For changes of bookings (change of dates etc.) a fee of EUR 10.- per booking is charged.

4. CLAIMS
All claims should be done on the spot without delay directly to the hotel or to
our office in Prague, so that the claim can be handled immediately.
If the hotel and the customer do not agree, the claim must be done in written
and approved by our office in Prague.
We want to have satisfied customers, therefore claims must be handled
promptly. Claims launched after the stay and not approved by our Prague
office must not be considered.

5. PRICES
Our prices are in USD or EUR for the given period. We have NO BOOKING
FEES. The price in your confirmation is the total price to be paid.
Confirmed prices can be change only under exceptional circumstances. In
such case the customer has the right to cancel his booking upon notice.
Our list prices ( the prices on our website, not confirmed prices) can be
changed without previous notice.

6. CURRENCY
If paying with credit card, the sum - due to international rules - is charged in Czech crowns at the official current bank rate.

7. OTHERS
a. We are not responsible and have no obligation to refund if you do not have a valid passport or visa and therefore cannot enter the Czech Republic.
b. Bookings by children under 18 years travelling alone are not accepted. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult (person over 18 years), who is responsible for them.
